The site was easy enough to use, but a few of the things I was interested in were out of stock, and some sizes or colors were missing too. I did end up finding one item, but it made me wonder a little about how well the inventory is kept updated. It was decent overall, just not the most confidence-inspiring shopping experience.

I’m not sure if I’m being too picky, but the build quality just felt kind of cheap to me. The finishing looked rough in a few spots, and overall it didn’t really give me the impression that much care went into it...

The ordering process was super easy too, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I ordered from sunnsand.net, the tracking updates were not great. Like, barely helpful at all. I ended up having to reach out twice just to get some kind of update, and the replies I got were really short. The package did show up in the end, so that’s good, but not knowing where it was for most of the time made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I’ll give the site credit because some of the info is there once you actually find it, but getting to it was more annoying than it needed to be. I kept feeling like I was close to what I needed, then the layout or menus would throw me off. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

I was really hoping this would be soft and comfy, but nope. The fabric felt thin, cheap, and weirdly scratchy, because apparently comfort was not on the agenda. Disappointing when it arrived.
